Darwin All Abilities Expo

Last year, we are pleased to say that, thanks to the sensational support of the Community, Sponsors, Stallholders, Vendors and the IdA staff, we were able to deliver on our promise that the 2023 expo would be bigger and better than before, with more stalls, entertainment and interactive activities for everyone. This year, we are pleased to have IdA's disability peergroup be an invaluable part in making the 2024 All Abilities Expo even better.

In continuing with the expo, and always working towards a brighter future, to ensure it is inclusive and accessible to all who attend by providing equitable access with a no-holds, FREE and open-door approach, we invite Sponsors, Vendors and Donations to reach out to us to collaborate and explore the potential of just how wide we can open the door!

To set the tone for 2024, Darwin will be kicking off the All Abilities Expo in alignment with Global Accessibility Awareness Day on Thursday, the 16th of May, 2024. This is important because it reveals an added element to the expo and presents the opportunity for expressions of interest for those who may wish to be part of the day in a more elevated way.

You will notice that we are maximising the importance of connection and community awareness; we are linking the All Abilities Expo to coincide with important awareness dates so that we can truly drive forward the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion and access.

Our mission is to create an inclusive and accessible event that provides a platform for people with disabilities to showcase their abilities and connect with businesses and organisations that are committed to creating a more inclusive society.
