Integrated Disability Action AGM Short Year 2024
Dear member,
This is to advise you of the upcoming Special General Meeting followed by the Annual General Meeting of the members of Integrated disAbility Action Inc (IdA). The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: 26th of November 2024
Time: AGM 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Place: BOAB Room at Nightcliff Community Centre
At the AGM we will consider a special resolution
- Special Resolution Explanatory Memorandum is available at the IDA office and will be emailed to members.
- IDA’s Audited Financials are available on the IDA website at idainc.org.au and in the IDA office.
At the AGM meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about IdA operations and finances
- ask questions about the operations and finances of IdA.
- speak about any items on the agenda
- vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the AGM meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual report
- accept the auditor’s report
- accept the annual financial statements
- appoint and pay an auditor
- elect Committee Members
