Please Welcome our New CEO, Tania McInnes
Tania McInnes, the incoming CEO at Integrated Disability Action Inc, brings a wealth of experience from both government and the not-for-profit sectors, particularly in Aboriginal health and disability and advocacy services. She previously served as the CEO of a disability advocacy agency in the southwest of Western Australia, for a number of years, where she worked closely with families and communities during the rollout of the NDIS in the region.
An Aboriginal woman from the Northern Territory, Tania has held roles across various portfolios in Darwin and across the Northern Territory, Canberra and Western Australia. She is deeply committed to community engagement and the delivery of effective, culturally informed services.
