Integrated Disability Action (IDA) provides free, independent advocacy support for people with disability and their carers across the Northern Territory.
If you or someone you support needs advocacy, you can use one of the forms below to request assistance:

Self-Referral Form – For individuals with disability, their families or carers to request support directly

Agency Referral Form – For service providers or organisations to refer someone for advocacy support
